◆ Wet Type
- After a shower, remove moisture with a towel
- Affix the product on your breast pivoting the center on your nipple
- Remove it after a half or one hour later. No rinsing is necessary
◆ Dry Type
- Peel off the film from the center. Pay attention carefully not to make adhesive sides stick together
- Push your nipple slowly into the hole and then put the product on your breast
- Fix it into desired shape by spreading evenly the edge of both sides of the product
- Apply the above procedure to the other breast
